The most innovative PropTechs 2023 will be chosen!

For the fifth time, the Austrian PropTech Initiative (apti) presents the apti Award to the most innovative PropTechs.

The apti award was launched in 2019 by apti board members Julia Arlt, Jörg Buß and Ferdinand Dietrich.

The award recognizes the most innovative PropTechs in the international real estate industry. A top-class jury (selected from the category sponsors and high-ranking VCs or business angels) will pre-select two finalists per category.

On Thursday, September 28, the final pitches will take place at Palais Berg am Schwarzenbergplatz. The nominated finalists will compete in the 8 categories and pitch live in front of the top-class jury and decision makers of the real estate industry for the victory.
