Vienna. On Thursday, 29th September 2022, apti (Austrian PropTech Initiative) hosted
the apti Award in Vienna for the fourth time to honor the most innovative PropTechs
of the year. From over 100 nominations, twelve PropTechs were selected for the final selection of the winner
of six categories in total into the finals.
The twelve finalists had the pleasure of meeting in person on 29.09.2022 at the Hotel Andaz Vienna am Belvedere to
present in front this year’s 8-member jury and inspire them with their innovative business concept. The
Jury consisted of the main sponsors Mirjam Techt (willhaben, representing Judith Kössner),
Cynthia Billisich (Otto Immobilien, representing Eugen Otto), and Nicolas Reitbauer
(PSA/ich.app). Also on the jury were business angel Markus Ertler (AngelME Ventures), Herwig
Teufelsdorfer (sIMMO), Heinrich Gröller (Speedinvest), Erich Ebenkofler (Die Presse), Johannes Eisert
(epmedia) and Julia Arlt (apti/PwC). “We had great, innovative PropTechs in attendance again. The

Digitization has arrived in the real estate industry, and the domestic economy has taken the
future and growth potential for itself. About 80 personalities of the
real estate industry met at the closing event at the Hotel Andaz Vienna at the Belvedere,
to experience the final pitches of the PropTech finalists live. “Sustainability in the
real estate sector is becoming much more noticeable. There were very exciting pitches!”, says Ferdinand
